Summary

  • Removed target/README.md and target/upload-to-gitlab.sh from version control — both were previously excepted from the target/* gitignore pattern
  • Changed target/* to target/ in .gitignore and removed the ! exception lines, so the entire directory is now properly ignored
  • target/README.md content (build output structure docs) is already covered in wiki/05_Development/05.03_BuildingAndDistribution.md
  • target/upload-to-gitlab.sh is no longer needed (project moved from GitLab to GitHub)
