Summary

• Replace LICENSE.md with the verbatim AGPL-3.0 plain text from gnu.org.
• Declare AGPL-3.0-or-later as the SPDX identifier in Cargo.toml, the root package.json, and apps/desktop/package.json. Set bundle.licenseFile in tauri.conf.json so installers ship the license.
• Add SPDX-License-Identifier: AGPL-3.0-or-later headers to every project-authored source file (110 files: Rust, TS/TSX, CSS, HTML, JS, sh).
• Update README and Contributing-guide prose references from GPL to AGPL.

Test plan

• bun run typecheck — clean
• bun run lint — clean
• bun test — 134/134 pass
• cargo check (in apps/desktop/backend) — clean
