Summary

• Replace LICENSE.md with the AGPLv3 text from gnu.org
• Update README and FAQ references from "GPL" to "AGPL"

Test plan

• License text matches https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.txt verbatim
• No stale GPL references remain outside the AGPL text itself (section 13 of AGPL references GPL by design)
