Summary

  • Replace document-row click-to-open with explicit Edit in Lily and Edit in Docx buttons (the latter opens the .docx in the OS default app)
  • Make New Version work on missing-on-disk docs: confirmation dialog → drop the stale .lily entry → create a fresh doc from the same template, instead of erroring
  • Center the client content pane (header + body) with max-w-3xl mx-auto to match the questionnaire layout
  • Drop the Clients/Progress tab bar and the ProgressTab component (Clients is now the canonical view)

Test plan

  • Document row shows two right-aligned buttons; clicking Edit in Lily enters the in-app editor; Edit in Docx hands the file to Word/your default app
  • Both buttons disable when a doc is marked missing
  • Right-click on a missing doc → New Version opens a confirmation dialog; confirming removes the missing entry and a fresh doc appears in the list
  • Right-click on a present doc → New Version still creates a dated copy (existing behavior unchanged)
  • Client hub content (the questionnaire card, document list, header buttons) is centered horizontally
  • No Clients/Progress tabs at the top of the client hub
