Summary

  • Adds a Tertiary Trustee contact-role to the Trust & Trustees section of the questionnaire, mirroring the Primary/Secondary/Tertiary pattern used by HPOA/FPOA agents and Personal Representatives.
  • Updates both the in-repo questionnaireDef.ts (fallback) and the canonical Estate Planning Questionnaire.lily definition in the templates folder (version bump 2 → 3).

Notes

  • Will templates were intentionally left unchanged: neither Will currently references trustee variables (Last Will uses Personal Reps as "Personal Representative and Trustee"; Pour Over Will references generic "Trustee or Trustees of {Pour-Over Trust Name}"). The new variable surfaces in the questionnaire and client variable pool, ready to wire into a future trust template if needed.

Test plan

  • Open an existing or new client, navigate to the questionnaire's Assignments tab, and confirm a Tertiary Trustee picker appears under Trust & Trustees
  • Assign a contact to Tertiary Trustee and verify Tertiary Trustee Full Name is written to the client variable pool
