Adds two pure-function test suites (8 tests) so make test's bun test step has files to run instead of failing on "0 test files":

• parseFileFilters — workspace file-filter parsing.
• texturing VRAM math — mip-level computation, byte formatting, and per-format size sanity (also covers the ported logic).

Full gate now green: 114 Rust tests + 8 frontend tests.
