Summary

• Replaces the minimal placeholder Makefile with a full cross-platform version modeled after Seria's
• Adds OS detection (Linux/macOS/Windows with PowerShell support), platform-specific build targets, and all quality/maintenance commands
• Uses bun to invoke the Tauri CLI directly (avoids needing node on PATH)
