Summary

• The Tauri CLI must run from backend/ where tauri.conf.json lives — without this it was picking up the wrong project configuration (Seria)
• Updated the TAURI path variable to be relative to backend/ (../node_modules/...)
• Added cd backend && / cd backend; to every $(TAURI) invocation
