We're not using Perforce anymore, so drop it from the Cumulus stack:

• removes the perforce/ build context and the perforce service from the beelink compose
• removes the p4 convenience targets from the Makefile and their help text
• removes the :1666 gerbil port passthrough from the droplet compose
• removes the .gitignore stanza, README service row, prose bullet, and commands section
